Rules and Regulations:
- - Registration can be done up to 11th November till 1:30PM.
- - First Round: Participants are given a problem to be solved on spot and have to prepare report and slides within the time constraints.
- - Business Plan Report: The length of a business plan can vary greatly. Regardless, it's best to fit
the basic information into a 5 to 10 pages document.
Contents: Executive summary, Products and services, Industry analysis, Market analysis, Marketing Plan, Marketing strategy- SWOT, Management Plan, Organizational Plan, Operational Plan, Financial Plan and Exit Plan. - - Time Limit: Participants will have a total of 20 minutes to prepare the Business Plan Report and Presentation slides. It is crucial to manage your time effectively as the clock will be running during the entire duration of the round.
- - Submission and Shortlisting: Once the round is completed, participants' reports will be evaluated. Those who perform well and meet the qualifying criteria will be shortlisted to proceed to the next round. The number of shortlisted participants may vary based on the competition's structure.
- - Final Round: Shortlisted participants are directed to next phase of the competition and takes place typically. Participants need to present their plan and implement the best solution for the problem assigned to respective teams.
