Guidelines:

Participants
are required to prepare for both sides of the Motion for the listed topic(s)
and shall be assigned to either side based on the total number of participants,
on a random basis.
- Selection : for the event is on a first-come, first-serve basis and so we urge all interested participants to fill the form by the earliest.
- Moderation: A moderator will oversee the debate to ensure adherence to rules and time limits.
- Judging Panel: A panel of judges will evaluate the debate based on the predefined criteria.
