Overview:

  • A guessing game where participants act out a word or phrase without speaking, relying solely on gestures, miming, and body language to convey the message. In the context of Medical Electronics, the game includes the terms, concepts, or products related to the field.

Registration Guidelines:

  • - All the students of medical electronics engineering department are eligible to participate.
    - You can participate in a team of a minimum 3 and a maximum of 4 members.
    - The team members need not belong to the same semesters.
    - No participant can be a part of more than one team.
    - No participant is allowed to switch teams mid-contest.
    - Any form of blatant plagiarism, intended or otherwise, will strictly not be tolerated.

Rules for Round-I QUIZ:

  • 1. Team Formation: Organize participants into teams or individuals, depending on the format of the quiz.
    2. Questioning: A quizmaster presents questions, and participants or teams provide answers.
    3. Scoring: Award points for correct answers and keep track of scores throughout the quiz.
    4. Winner Declaration: Determine the winner based on the highest score or other predetermined criteria, and award prizes if applicable.
    5. Further instructions will be specified by event coordinator during the event

Rules for Round-II: TECHNICAL DUMB CHARADES

  • According to qualification from round 1 here is the further extended round for qualified teams:
    Team Formation: Divide participants into teams with an equal number of members. A team can consist of 3-4 players.
    A list of words, phrases, or concepts related to Medical Electronics will be given. These can include medical device names, technical terms, or innovations in the field.
    Time Limit: Set a time limit for each round (e.g., 1-2 minutes) within which the team must convey the word or phrase.
    Team Turns: Teams take turns acting out the words or phrases. Each team should have a designated timekeeper to ensure the time limit is not exceeded.
    No Speaking: Emphasize that participants are not allowed to speak or use any audible cues. Gestures, facial expressions, and actions are the only means of communication.
    Correct Guesses: If a team successfully guesses the word or phrase within the time limit, they earn points

Round-III: RAPID FIRE

  • General fun, a related question will be asked and participants has to answer within given stipulated time, The one who correctly answers the question within the time, is the winner
