Event Description:

  1. Participants will be provided with a dataset on excel and also be provided with a set of questions which they have to answer. They must also provide the visualizations they used to come up with the solutions. The questions will mostly be case study based questions where the participants must analyze the situation and come up with the best solution possible. They must formulate their answers into a powerpoint presentation (1 slide per question) and submit it in google drive provided by us.

Flow Of Event:

  1. Assemble at the given venue.
  2. Instructions for the event shall be given.
  3. Datasets shall be given to the participants. They must formulate the solutions for them.
  4. Powerpoint presentation with supporting data and visualizations must be created.
  5. Results will be announced by

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Teams must register beforehand using the QR google form provided by us.
  2. Use of any AI tools like ChatGPT during the competition is prohibited.
  3. Judging will be based on criterias such as best possible solution for the problem, accurate answers, visualizations and also presentation of the ppt.
  4. Any sort of cheating will lead to direct disqualification from the competition.
  5. All decisions made by coordinators and judges are final.
