Overview:

    This competition aims to test and elevate the creativity and designing ability of students of all years, on SolidEdge software.

Rules and Regulations:

  • ● Individual event.
    ● No design can be copied.
    ● No mobile phone allowed.
    ● Question and Shortlist: the first round will be a written round where the participants have to guess the object given by analysing the given 2 views. The students will have to predict 5 such objects and will be awarded 2 marks for each right answer.
    ● The second round, the students will be given a shape which they have to project in Solidedge software within stimulated time and adhering to all the pre-requisites mentioned in the questionnaire.
    ● The participants will be shown an object which they have to model on the software and scale it to the nearest dimension.

Judge Criterion:

  • The participants will be evaluated on the following basis:
    ● Dimensional accuracy
    ● Completion of the given task.
    ● Mentioning all the required parameters.
    ● Aesthetics.
